1 cucumber, peeled if using a blender
1 carrot, washed and trimmed
1 green apple, peeled if using a blender
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup mint
1 stalk celery including leaves
½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
½ lemon, peeled
Place ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth. If using a blender, you may need to add small amounts of water as you blend to help the process and for desired consistency.
