10 ounces almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ banana
4 fresh strawberries, de-hulled
large handful kale (de-stemmed), spinach, or romaine
Blend together in a blender until smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie, add a bit of ice.
Suggested additions: protein powder, ground flax, chia seeds, cacao nibs, almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter, and raw honey (for more sweetness)
