Prep time:  5 minutes     Serves  2

2    cups coconut water
1    frozen banana, chunked
1    packet (100g) frozen açai berry
1    cup frozen blueberries
1    teaspoon vanilla
1    pinch sea salt
1    scoop protein powder
½   teaspoon coconut oil

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.

Food As Medicine Notes:

Dark berries such as blueberries are especially high in bioflavonoids which help boost immunity. Coconut contains two ingredients that make it great for immunity. These are anti-viral properties, commonly referred to as lauric acid and caprylic acid.
