2 ounces seaweed, combine 2-3 varieties (arame, hiziki, wakame)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw agave nectar
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (or toasted sesame oil for nuttier flavor)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
