Prep time: 30 minutes (includes soaking) Serves 2
½ cup raw cashews, soaked for 25 minutes
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 teaspoon camu camu powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 pinch organic nutmeg
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender until smooth and well-blended.
