¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 dash cardamom
1 pinch clove
1 pinch nutmeg
¼ teaspoon dried organic ginger (optional)
¼ teaspoon turmeric (or more depending upon taste)
1-2 cups of water
coconut sugar to sweeten (or stevia to make it candida friendly)
unsweetened coconut, almond, or hemp milk to taste
Simmer herbs and water together for 10 minutes. Strain liquid through fine-mesh sieve. Add milk-alternative and sweetener to taste.
