The Blue Green

2     cups young coconut meat
2     teaspoons coconut oil
4     teaspoons blue green algae (found in the supplement section of health food stores)
¼    cup agave
12   fresh mint leaves
3     cups coconut water
1     teaspoon vanilla
1     pinch sea salt

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
