Salad
1–2 bunches hearty lettuce such as romaine or kale
¼ red cabbage, shredded
1 fennel, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery, chopped
Lemon Avocado Dressing
3 green onions, roughly chopped
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Blend and serve over salad.
