2 cans wild-caught albacore tuna in water, drained
1 lemon, juiced
½ cup green apple, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup olive oil or flax oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon kelp flakes
fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and serve.
Suggestion: Before eating, add chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, and/or chives. Serve with greens and grape tomatoes.
