Healthier Ranch Dressing

Prep time: 5 minutes        Makes about 1 cup

2/3     cup low-fat, plain yogurt
2        tablespoons regular mayonnaise (eggs and olive oil mayo is best)
2        tablespoons minced chives
1        small clove garlic, peeled
1        teaspoon white wine vinegar
1        tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼       teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste

Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and salt in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add a few grinds of black pepper. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge.
