1 cup dried pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon dried dulse flakes
½ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small skillet, dry roast the seeds on medium heat, stirring constantly until the seeds pop. Remove and let cool. On a baking sheet, place the dulse and bake for 3-5 minutes. Using a coffee grinder, a mini food processor, or dry Vitamix, blend together the cooled seeds, dulse, and sea salt. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
