4 firm bananas
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
½ tablespoon organic nutmeg
½ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and cut bananas in half, lengthwise. Use the oil to grease an ovenproof baking dish; arrange bananas. Sprinkle with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisins. Cover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
