Apples
Celery
Strawberries (all berries)
Nectarines
Spinach
Peaches
Sweet Bell Peppers
Grapes
Blueberries
Lettuce
Potatoes
Kale/Collard Greens/Leafy Greens
These foods are OK to buy conventionally because there are little to no traces of pesticides when grown non-organically

Onions
Corn
Avocado
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
Mangoes
Asparagus
Sweet Peas
Kiwi Fruit
Cabbage
Eggplant
Watermelon
Sweet Potato
Grapefruit
Mushroom
IF you cannot afford to buy organic or cannot find organic, try a fruit and veggie spray to remove pesticide residue as best as possible.
Fruit and Veggie Spray
1 cup water
− 1 cup white distilled vinegar
− 1 T baking soda (added slowly)
− 20 drops grapefruit seed extract
Mix ingredients together in a big pot- and put into a spray bottle. Spray on Fruits and veggies that are not organic and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with water and enjoy.
