Soil is medicine. It has to be seen this way, especially in today’s climate where our food supply and health care system is backwards and broken. Soil health is fundamental to human well-being and in order to create solutions to these tremendous problems, it starts with recognizing that the land must be cared for with the same approach we use to care for our own body: restoring balance and providing nourishment.
In order to make lasting positive change in our global food supply and health care, we must move beyond tired practices like industrial farming and focus instead on methods of natural replenishment.
To do this successfully requires a holistic change in the way we think about our impact on the earth. Ultimately, by raising our collective consciousness to remember that life begins with soil and we can return it back to balance again.
