1 cup quinoa
2 cups pure water
1 3-inch strip of kombu
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon ghee
Rinse quinoa in a strainer if possible. Add quinoa, water, ghee, oil, and kombu to a pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Remove kombu. Season and serve.
